Made For the Way They Live
Like many homes built more than 20 years ago in the Grand Rapids area, this Ada home had spaces that no longer worked for the way the family lived. They needed better functionality, improved flow, and rooms that felt connected rather than simply updated. Our design team reimagined the layout around their everyday routines, gathering, and future needs. The result is a whole-home refresh that feels fresh and beautiful while, more importantly, making everyday life at home easier.
They Needed
More space to gather.
Better everyday function.
WHAT CHANGED
Improved flow.
Thoughtful storage.
TODAY
A home that works better.
and still feels like theirs.
Remodeling Homes in Caledonia &
the Grand Rapids Area
Many homes throughout Ada and the greater Grand Rapids area were built more than 20 years ago and weren’t designed around the way families live today. Closed-off rooms, limited storage, awkward layouts, and spaces that don’t work well for hosting are common reasons homeowners begin considering a remodel. Delight Remodel & Design helps homeowners rethink those spaces through Room Refreshes, Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, and Whole-Home Remodeling, with design, installation, and construction handled by one team.
