Over 70 years of meticulously doting over homes like yours! Tenacious in the details and hungry for the next project.
Our crew has mastered painting, custom cabinetry, steel work, drywall, framing, rough and finish carpentry and much more! Their projects have been recognized by HOUZZ, seen in Grand Home Magazine and most importantly loved by our customers!

Monica’s expertise shines through as our skilled social media, content, and marketing manager, where she effortlessly weaves together captivating narratives and fosters vibrant online communities.
She bring to life the incredible designs her co-workers create and shares them with delightful followers. Her knack for understanding audience preferences and trends translates seamlessly into successful marketing campaigns that leave a lasting impact. Outside of work, she finds joy with her husband Lance and two spirited boys, Lincoln and Theodore.
Jennifer Jarvis
Buyer
Jennifer spent her first 33 career years as an elementary school teacher in lovely South Haven, MI. She loves a good shopping trip, hunting for bargains and beautiful design (Just the type of buyer you want on your side, heh?!).
As a buyer for Delight Remodel & Design, she is always looking out for your best interest for price points and interior design. In her spare time, she enjoys doing mission work with her husband Eric, her son, and her two Haitian daughters.
Leah Velzen
Operations-Design Manager
Leah is the powerhouse behind creative and operational excellence at Delight Remodel & Design. A graduate of Western Michigan University’s Interior Design program, she rose from Design Assistant to Operations-Design Manager, blending award-winning design with skilled project management. Her work has earned multiple Houzz awards, highlighting her talent for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
Passionate about mood boards, space planning, and turning homes into dream retreats, Leah also loves hunting for great deals to achieve high-end looks on a budget. Outside of work, she enjoys nature walks, reading, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
Oliver McCarthy
Designer
Oliver brings a refined eye, creative versatility, and a strong foundation in craftsmanship to his role as Interior Designer at Delight Remodel & Design. Since joining the team in 2022, he has helped clients create thoughtful, functional, and timeless spaces tailored to their unique style. Along with his Interior Design role he is also responsible for overseeing our interns.
A graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design with a concentration in furniture design, Oliver approaches each project with a deep appreciation for detail, materials, and how people live in their homes. His work has been recognized through multiple design awards, including the nationwide Bienenstock Furniture Design Competition, and featured on Houzz.
Outside of work, Oliver enjoys traveling with his fiancée, cooking, getting out in nature, and designing for personal creative projects.
