I am a repeat customer and every time they always deliver.
Recently, we used Delight Remodel & Design staging services for a home we were selling. The vision, design, and furnishings they provided were above and beyond my expectations. The communication and service were handled with care, timeliness, and respect for the home. This allowed our property to sell quickly. I highly recommend them for staging, remodeling, and stopping in their home decor store as well.

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Eve through a networking group. Delight Remodel & Design doesn't just remodel and design, they reimagine spaces. They can help navigate the "stay or sell" dilemma by evaluating if a refresh will give you the home you want or whether you should focus on high-impact updates to get the best price on the market. Highly recommend!

AMAZING !! Eve was simply the best in orchestrating a large home to be staged before going to market. She brought in furniture, accessories, and even suggesting new fixtures, touch up paint, etc... she put a detailed plan in place and made things happen. When she was done, the home showed like it was in a magazine. I won't hesitate to call her with all of my future projects!!!

I recently went to Delight in Designs to attend an event that was hosted there. What beautiful things they have there. I know that their primary business is home remodeling and design, but don't pass by this lovely store that is also there. Can't wait to go back!

We had the pleasure of working with Kennedy to design and create a floor plan for our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Kennedy's attention to detail was exceptional, and she truly brought our vision to life. She listened carefully to our needs and seamlessly integrated the perfect boho aesthetic we were dreaming of. From the layout to the color palette and decor choices, everything was thoughtfully planned out. Kennedy’s creativity and expertise shone through every step of the process, and the final design exceeded our expectations. We love the space she created!

Had them do an absolutely massive remodel for me. Knock down an enclosed patio and had them build a new living room, bedroom with en-suite and walk in closet and remodel a bedroom. Chris the lead carpenter is very knowledgeable and responsive. Leah the designer and project leader was caring and attentive. It was a good experience and I would work with them. I wanted a contractor who could see my vision and execution with minimal management on my end and they made it a stress free as can be, but with any remodel or construction it takes times and there are hiccups. I’d hire them again to do more work on my place. The trim work they did is beautiful.

We hired Delight in Designs to renovate some spaces in our home in preparation for a third baby. Leah really listened to our needs and wants and came up with a great plan.
The timeline and cost were very reasonable, and we are thrilled with the end result.
We already have some additional projects that we plan to hire them again for!

We could not be happier with our new kitchen designed by Leah Velzen @ Delight In Designs! The new layout with the island creates great flow and organization. We absolutely love the cabinetry with the 2-tone colors. The tile, lighting and brushed bronze accents give such beautiful aesthetics.
Leah did a fantastic job putting special features into our cabinets as well. From the knives and spatula drawer, the spice drawer to the pull-out pantry shelving drawers. We ended up with an elegant yet functional kitchen that felt like home right away.
Leah was always on top of the schedule and provided great follow-up with any questions that came along. ~ the Noordykes

Great design staff. We already had a contractor and I’m disappointed that we were not able to use the Delight in Design crew. The dining room cabinets were an addition so we didn’t go with our contractor for install. They did a great job with attention to detail. In fact they took the time to adjust things in the kitchen, tightening up hinges and leveling doors. Something they did not have to do. Would highly recommend the whole team.

We recently used Delight in Designs for our kitchen project. The project started off great and then we felt it was going a little south. We addressed our concerns with Jessica and she put our project right back on track. Projects can always have hiccups but the service is in the way they those hiccups are tackled.

Our kitchen turned out perfect. The design is amazing while functional for our needs. All of the staff from PM Andrea, the construction teams, plumbers, tilers and electricians are top notch and professional.

They completed a final walk through and finished any remaining touches as promised, even after we paid in full. Would definitely recommend Delight in Designs.

Cate was great to work with. We did extensive updating to our main living/kitchen area, her expertise provided guidance with our choices throughout the project.
The Delight In Design team were easy to work with, the crew were knowledgeable craftsmen and they maintained a very clean work area.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result!

We had Delight in Designs design and install new countertops, sinks and faucets in our master bath. They arranged for countertop template, installation and plumbing hookups. We asked that the tear out of the old sinks and countertops be included in the bid, which wasn't. In the end, they made things right, because of that we can give them 5 stars on their job and professionalism.

They were professional, timely, great with communication, great attention to detail and love that they were able to handle every aspect of the project. Five stars just isn't enough to reflect how happy we are!

I have been a personal friend of the owner, Jess Crosby for 20+ years, but I am also a client. They just completed a total gut and redesign of our kitchen. It was a huge project and the results are beautiful. Being without a kitchen for months is a challenge and they did everything they could to make it as painless as possible.

Customer Service - The kitchen in our home is central to our main living space. The carpentry crew cleaned up every single time they were there as did the sub-contractors, sometimes to the point that I had to check in with our designer or Jess to see if work had been done (if the work was behind the scenes) because it didn't look like anyone had been there! I had timely responses from our designer and questions answered by the construction team. They always worked around our schedule if possible and expedited what they could even in a pandemic!

I think I covered service above but the only real "service" issues we had were a few stragglers after the project and they took care of them until we were satisfied. We had a few warranty issues and they went to bat for us with the cabinet company.

When things went wrong, and every project has a hang-up, the first words Jess will say are, “We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.” And they do.

I highly recommend the design team, the construction crew, Jess Crosby and her retail store.

We originally contacted Delight in Designs for a color consult for our kitchen remod. They asked if they could draw up a different design for us and WE ARE SO GLAD WE SAID YES! They were able to create an AMAZING design AND help us to pick out the materials AND colors that made sense for our home, lifestyle, and taste.

We have our new cabinets on order with them and they've have been SO responsive and easy to work with as we keep changing our minds *while* working with a pretty quick deadline/turn-around time. Everyone on the team has been so helpful, kind, and patient. We can really tell they are invested in us as a family as well as the outcome of this (so overdue) remodel.

We can't wait to put it all in action! Highly recommend working with Delight in Designs!

Jessica and her team are phenomenal! She was recommended by our realtor to stage our home for sale. She’s very talented in design and found unique and creative solutions to beautifully stage our home so that the listing photos were amazing and it showed well leading to multiple offers. She’s fantastic to work with! We had tight timelines to get ready to list and she had our home ready to go in under a week. I had a chance to stop in her store, Delight in Designs and she has so many unique, beautiful items. I highly recommend her design and staging services. Stop in her wonderful store and check it out.
