Base Home Renovation And Addition*

$160K+

Approximate 10x14 addition, one story, mid-range finishes, flooring, wall treatment, lighting, similar to what a walkout from den, family room, and three season porch.

Average Renovation And Addition*

$225K+

Approximate 10x14 addition, one story, mid-range finishes, flooring, wall treatment, lighting, half bath included with common features semi custom cabinetry and other features.

High-End Renovation And Addition*

$290K+

One story addition, including full bath with custom cabinetry and custom features, high end finishes, flooring, wall treatment, lighting.
